Comprehensive Program Education | “The Proactive Audit”

This package is designed to catalyze positive change within school districts, while minimizing risk. This experience includes up to 20 hours on the ground, with complemented meticulous classroom visits, engaging admin and teacher interviews, and a thorough final report loaded with recommendations for improvement. This strategic investment ensures the overall well-being of districts’ autism programs and ensures that schools are equipped to navigate the stringent scrutiny of the Texas Education Agency audits (and/or national requirements). An airtight autism program is the bedrock of a thriving district, preventing the domino effect of corrective actions that could span 1.5 - 2 years, and a lot of money and resources. This package not only includes the on-site assessments, but extends to a comprehensive report, ensuring that schools not only identify areas of improvement, but also receive actionable insights to fortify their autism programs. This is a strategic investment in excellence, that schools cannot afford to overlook on their journey to optimal program performance.

Student Behavior Analysis + Intervention

My Student Behavior Analysis and Intervention package can be used for individual or multiple students in a school or district and is used to address unique behavioral challenges while fostering positive change.

This offering involves extensive observation of students in various environments, coupled with an informal Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA) to unravel the intricacies of their behaviors. Delivered over multiple days, this service is a commitment to understanding the individuality within the autism spectrum.

The saying goes, “If you have taught or seen one student with autism, then you have taught or seen ONE student with autism.” Recognizing the absence of a one-size-fits-all intervention, my approach is rooted in a meticulous FBA, considering factors like avoidance, access, attention-seeking, or sensory needs. This process isn’t confined to mere observation; it involves collaboration with teachers, paraprofessionals, occupational therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and sometimes parents, gathering insights into the behavioral history and shaping behaviors into functional alternatives.

This offering extends beyond the individual, catering to districts grappling with compliance challenges. In my extensive experience, I’ve encountered multiple students within a single school, each requiring distinct intervention strategies. This is the pathway to a harmonious and compliant learning environment.

My parent and family training is a dedicated offering designed to empower parents in understanding and navigating the complexities of autism. Whether conducted in the comfort of your home, within a school setting, or over Zoom, this service is tailored to provide invaluable insights into autism behavior, best practices, and the intricacies of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes.

Recognizing the diversity of needs among parents and families, I offer flexible options to ensure accessibility. My pricing models relay my commitment to making resources available to ALL who need it.
