I am The Autism Man, an Autism and Behavioral Education Expert based in Texas, on a mission to reshape the narrative of autism education. With almost 30 years of experience, my journey has been a testament to a career dedicated to the betterment of individuals with autism, their families, schools, and their communities. I truly have a passion for this work. Moreover, I have a LOVE for this work. It is my dream and purpose to ensure that every individual touched by autism experiences a life of fulfillment and joy.
Based in the heart of Texas, I reside with my beautiful family, passionately cheering on the Dallas Stars whenever possible. My journey as an autism education expert has not only left a mark in Texas, but across the United States as well.

Mike offers a spectrum of services tailored for schools, administrations, parents, teachers, and staff. From comprehensive autism program evaluations to specific teacher consultations, behavior analysis, and intervention, Mike’s expertise is the cornerstone of his offerings. Mike’s journey in public education has been nothing short of notable. In addition to his 28 years of field experience as a teacher, he was privileged to receive training from Dallas' ISD’s Autism Specialist, setting the stage for his two-year membership in Education Service Center Region 10’s Autism Specialist Academy. Mike’s commitment to structured teaching led him to a five-day intensive training at the University of North Carolina, Division TEACCH, Chapel Hill, where he worked hands-on with students on the spectrum.

For students facing behavioral challenges, Mike’s Consultation for Individual Students or Multiple Students involves multiple days of observation, a functional behavior analysis, and personalized intervention strategies. In his work with parents and families, he provides in-home or school-based training, focusing on autism behavior, best practices, and navigating IEP complexities.
